Payment terms

After preparing separation I will send a 'request for payment' from the instant payments platform 'Stripe' to your email address. Upon receiving payment for the service I will email you the ready file together with the invoice. Regular customers have a deferred payment date as agreed.

Submitting art

Upload your file or a link to your file in a cloud by clicking the button ORDER and add the following information:

• how many colors are you able to print including white underbase
• what is the color of the garment on which you want to print the artwork
• the final artwork dimensions
• tell me if you don't want a white underbase or top white plate

Artwork file specifications

• Photoshop file .psd or .tiff with layers if possible
• Artwork on transparent background
• 300 dpi resolution at actual size

Separation specifics

Completed separation will be sent to you in .pdf or .eps format. PDF format will be set with 55 lpi, 22.5° raster angle, and elliptical dot shape — when you load this file to the RIP you will be able to change this setting. EPS format is clear without any settings and is ready to load to the RIP. Separations include registration marks.
